Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required to cancel or reschedule any bookings. Cancellations will be charged at the full price if cancelled within 24 hours of booked session.Should Abbey Sweeney be unable to attend a booked session you will be notified as soon as possible & no charge will be made.
*Clinic cancellation policies may differ and will be stated on the clinic event page or on booking.
EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.
Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Sweeney Equestrian is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
